COLISERA E.COLI

Composition:
Colisera E.coli Antibody contains >1/640 AU/ml Escherichia coli K99 antibody. It contains 0.01 % Thiomersal as preservative.

Indications:
Colisera E.coli Antibody is used for prevention and treatment against septicemia and infections caused by K99 Escherichia coli in newborn calves, lambs and kids.

Dosage & Administration:
For preventative purpose; administer a single dose of 5 ml to newborn lamb and kids subcutaneously and administer a single dose of 10 ml to calves intramuscularly or subcutaneously. For treatment purpose; at the beginning of a disease and when the symptoms are first observed, administer a single dose of 10 ml to lambs and kids and 20 ml to calves intramuscularly or subcutaneously

Precautions:
Basic hygiene rules and principles should be followed when administrating the product. Antibody should be kept at room temperature before administration to animals. At all stages of storing and handling of the product cold storage (between 2°C – 8°C) should be assured. Use entire content of the vial when first opened within 24 hours.

Adverse Effects:
Anaphylactic and allergic reactions may occur following administration of antibody products. As a precaution, antihistaminic and antiallergic preparations should be kept available.

Withdrawal Period:
Zero days.

Storage Conditions:
Store out of direct sunlight and at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze.
Disposal of Unused or Waste Materials:
Any unused veterinary biological product or waste material derived from such veterinary biological
products should be boiled for 15 minutes and destroyed.
